Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Every order is carefully packed and tracked from our Cape Town studio straight to your door.
Delivery Cost
R150 flat rate nationwide. Orders of R1,500 or more after discounts get free delivery — applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your canvas is ready, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch depending on your location in South Africa.
Production Time
Allow 2 working days for standard production after we receive usable photos for your paid order. Choose urgent production on the product page for 1 working day production; courier time is additional.
Order Updates
We email you when your canvas is printed, framed and ready to ship. No guessing where your order is.
🏠 Free Collection
Prefer to collect in person? You're welcome to collect your order from our studio in Goodwood, Cape Town.

How it works: We'll send you a WhatsApp message when your order is ready for collection. Please don't come before you receive that message as your canvas may still be in production.
Your photos: Upload on the product page or send them on WhatsApp after checkout with your order number. Already uploaded or sent your photos? No need to send them again. We check each photo before printing and will contact you if a clearer image is needed.
Have a deadline? Please contact us before ordering. Urgent production speeds up production, not courier delivery.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by The Courier Guy and may vary during peak periods. Once your parcel is collected by the courier, tracking details will be shared with you.
